There was a joke that I heard as a child. It was an Aggie joke. It was used about Thomas Baron and his family when I had heard it. He was with Americorp. Someone told me the joke around 73, Did you hear the one about the Aggie who died chasing the train across the tracks. He hit the 32nd car. It’s an unkind joke from unkind people. What they didn’t realize was my perception of the joke. There was no 32nd car. I was hurt around March or so of 1967. Around the same time Baron was killed, which was 6 days after his Congressional testimony around Eddie’s birthday. I couldn’t talk for some time. My mouth had been cut open from the left side and my left cortex had been hit. And then I had a Speech Pathologist and Audiologist. I have PTSD and CAPD. I waited until after my parents passed before I started talking locally to my MSW out of politeness to my family. I am still polite.
