Things I've never said. In '68 we took our first flight on an airplane to LA from Spokane. We had been staying in Picayune, Miss. from around '64 to '66 on the Saturn First Stage Facility outside New Orleans. And then after Apollo One my father was under investigation subcontracting under Scott Co. of California on Apollo One. We had been working on the first stage of the Apollo One at the Saturn First Stage Facility outside New Orleans. I was around six and I believe that we may have attended and met the astronauts. My father did Vendor Surveillance Nationwide at White Sands for the Lunar Excursion Module. He did Cryogenics at Tucson and Palo Alto for the orbiting Apollo Orbitals. His company may have been worth several million dollars. If I
am not mistaken we attended Bobby Kennedy's Campaign with Sen Jackson my father's friend, the Senator from our home state whom my father worked with at the Pentagon. And we attended Disneyland with the Kennedy family on June 3rd, 1968 along with John Glenn whom my father had a meeting with afterwards on Apollo One. We also went swimming with the Kennedys at Malibu, or San Diego, on the morning of the fourth where Bobby had saved his son David's life from a riptide. My family was staying at Anaheim at Disneyland in a fake Tudor hotel while my father kept a day suite at the Ambassador. We were on the same floor as Rosemary Clooney who went into a psychiatric hospital sometime after the evening of the fourth. My father, I believe was sitting the evening with Sen Jackson in the VIP Lounge. My family was at the hotel in bed at Anaheim. My siblings don't recall it the same way and they don't discuss it. My father merged his company under a government fine and restructuring with his second company in which he became a cofounder, director and Senior Vice President. In 1997 he lost his second Company on fraud on the disaster at the Hanford Nuclear Facility in Washington State. They were fined $10 million and barred from any further work with the Government in the Nuclear Field and they merged with another company. When my father was young his work with his Research Lab developed the Filters for the Titans that allowed them to fly. I was told that no other person beyond a genius could have engineered the filters. He protected his country when President Kennedy needed the Titans to face down Kruchev on Cuba, on the Bay of Pigs and the Cuban Missile Crisis. I was told that the same system was used in the Gemini Rockets. This was my life. I am 65. I am retired. And my IQ was 15 to 20 points higher.
