I wanted to drop a note to some friends from Church. This
is my home.

I am fortunate. When I first moved in, I spent my money on purchasing items to give me something to do. The depression was really deep, and the lethargy was heavy. I got things set up now to relearn Rocksmith+ on my Piano and Guitar and Rosetta Stone to relearn French and Italian and Hebrew. It is part of Brain training that I am doing to counter the PTSD. And release chemicals to help with the PTSD. I had an enjoyable Christmas Eve and I got Rocksmith+ reinstalled this morning, my goal is to be able to play a song by Sunday at Church. And tonight I will reinstall Rossetta Stone. I just finished reinstalling after setting my two NVME up as a RAID for performance and something to do. Someone was kind to me at Church last night and it prompted my PTSD to want to earn the kindness I received. I am a strange bird. My PTSD works this way. So I decided to set up the two programs and get started again. And it ended up giving me something to do on Christmas day. I am basically the last of my family now and I spend the holidays except for Church alone. And I am looking forward to feeling worthy of myself again. I had put things on the back burner from the lethargy, a constant struggle with me in my life and I am back on my feet again now. My goal is to get more and more involved in activities so that the lethargy chemically becomes sparse.
Merry Christmas to everyone.
